Venus de Milo

Venus de Milo - Style Images
One of the most recognizable statues in the world, the Venus de Milo was created sometime between 130 and 100 BC by an unknown Greek artist. The statue was found on the Greek Isle of Milos over 1700 years later. Venus is the goddess of love in Roman mythology as Aphrodite is to the Greeks. I took this image in the Louvre Museum in Paris, France. The natural lighting on the statue was perfect.
